• Improve Waiting Guest Management: Send up to 5 pre-set one-click text messages that you customize. This feature engages guests and better manages where they should wait which relaxes their expectations during their wait. You can stage guests with shorter waits closer to the host for quicker seating response times and keep guests with longer waits in a better mood by providing wait time and line placement updates.

• Guest Web App: The smartphone consumer browser app allows your guests to view their place in line, see your menu, and notify the host if they decide to leave the line. Guests don’t have to download another app, it’s seamlessly integrated into the custom text message your host sends. For participating restaurants, guests can also access the CharityWait feature.
